Monthly death café meetings are back in Jyväskylä!
In Western societies, death and grief are often hidden and we don’t often talk about them. But did you know that Death Cafés are held worldwide, creating a space for open, meaningful conversations about life and death? Inspired by sociologist Bernard Crettaz’s “Cafés mortels”, these gatherings invite people to share thoughts, experiences, and questions in a relaxed, respectful setting.
No agenda, no judgment—just real conversations about something we all experience. Curious?
You’re warmly welcome to join us on Monday at 18:30 for a tea and a chat🫖🗣️!
